Are you not satisfied with what you purchased?

You can request a voucher of equal amount or replacement of the ordered goods.

You have two options:

  1. Send the product at your expense once the return request has been approved.
  2. Ask that a UPS label be sent to you on our part.
    You will therefore have to deposit the package at an UPS Access Point near you. The amount of the cost of the shipment will be subtracted from the value of the refurbished amount. The cost of the return shipping varies from 10 to 20 euros in Europe. We advise you to ask ourselves the shipping cost before deciding how to proceed.

Damaged product?

Proceed with the return request and send us photos of the damage. In this case we will send you the courier for the withdrawal and then we will proceed with the replacement or reimbursement of the damaged product.
